Wigs

I understand firsthand the physical and emotional toll of hair loss and its significant impact on your self-esteem. I offer a nurturing and caring environment to help patients cope with the emotional and aesthetic challenges of treatment.

I believe that obtaining a medical wig should be a positive experience. I spend time with the clients, educating them on quality, color and style. We may cry and laugh during our meet but rest assure you will be confident and happy with your new look. When this is over and your hair is gone, you will look in the mirror and say to yourself: “Okay, I can do this. What else do you have for me, cancer? Because I’m ready to fight.”

I do not recommend shaving your head which can lead to ingrown hairs. Nor do I recommend clipper cutting it short, it is painful and could damage the hair follicle causing hair to grow back thinner. And letting your hair fall out everywhere can be very stressful and messy. I have a spa like holistic approach to removing your hair. It is painless and takes about an hour.

Complimentary consultations – Educate patient on hair loss process, make recommendations for navigating the transition and help select the perfect wig or headwear for your budget and lifestyle.

Wig prices vary. Because of hygiene, by law all wig purchases are final.
